| Our Policy for functions is as follows: |
If the group is less than 10 people, and at least one room is booked at the regular rate. (2 night
minimum on weekends, more for special events). There is a $50.00 clean up fee.
The group is required and is financially responsible for making all arrangements, food, refreshments, flowers, entertainment,
etc. Copies of outside arrangements/contracts with outside vendors must be supplied to The Green House Inn 14 days prior to the event. |
If the group is over 10 but less than 50, it requires all 9 rooms at the Inn to be booked at the regular
rate. (2 night minimum on weekend, more for special events.) There is $2500.00 venue fee, $100.00 clean up
fee, and a $100.00 housekeeping fee. The group is required and is financially responsible for making all arrangements, food,
refreshments, flowers, entertainment, etc. Copies of outside arrangements/contracts with outside vendors must be supplied to

The Green House Inn will be happy to arrange for
Flowers, Wine, Pralines or Balloons
given advance notice. Just give us your budget and the details and we will arrange to have them in your
room at check in. |
All functions are considered to be a 3 hour event; extra fees will apply for longer than 3 hours.
Set-up and breakdown time to be considered separately. |
No amplified music is allowed and all entertainment/music must end by 9 PM. |
Event insurance is required naming the Green House inn, LLC on the policy.
We can furnish you details on how to obtain this insurance. |
1/3 deposit is required to reserve, the balance is due 60 days prior, there are no refunds including but
not limited to inclement weather, etc. |
A list of guests renting rooms at The Green House Inn
must be furnished 14 days prior to arrival, along with expected arrival times. |
All parking, except for guests staying at the Inn, is on street. |
