The Lower Garden District
The Green House Inn is in the Lower Garden District, written up as the hippest place in America to live, and adjacent to the Warehouse/Arts District.
The Lower Garden District is a national historic district, where all the buildings are protected by the Historic District Landmarks Commission. It also was rated the 11th best neighborhood in the country to live, by the Project for Public Spaces in 2004.
